Fans Fans Fans offers free standard UK shipping on all orders over £50, with same day dispatch if ordered before 2pm Monday to Friday. Please note though that certain personalised designs can obviously take a while to finish so we can't guarantee same day dispatch with these. We will do our best and contact you if an extended timeframe is needed to complete the work, but feel free to message us first to check.

All orders are sent using a tracked service and you should receive email notifications from the couriers on route.

Standard: £2.99 - 2-4 working days estimated delivery time (usually 2-3 days)
Next Day: £5.99 - 1 working day estimated delivery time (this is not a guaranteed service)

Please note that delivery may take a day or two longer to areas not classified as UK mainland, eg Scottish Highlands or Northern Ireland.
With our office hours being Monday to Friday 9-6pm, if an order is made on a Friday night, Saturday or Sunday then your order will be processed and dispatched on the Monday.​
RETURNS
All items delivered are insured by our couriers or Royal Mail. In the unfortunate and unlikely event of an order arriving damaged, would you please email us photos of the packaging and the product itself and we shall do what is necessary to resolve. Please ensure that we are notified no later than 7 days after the expected delivery date.

If you are wanting to return an item for a refund then please send us an email within 7 days of receiving your order to info@fansfansfans.co.uk

Unwanted goods must be returned to us within 14 days from the date you received your order.
​
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning unwanted items and these costs are non-refundable.

Our original shipping costs related to your order are also non-refundable.
​
Once we've received the returned goods all refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
​
Please note: We will need to quality check all returned items to ensure they are in the same condition as when you received them. We are not liable to refund for goods that come back with any signs of damage, and will provide you with photos if you need to make a claim with your chosen courier for anything that has been damaged in transit.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER:
This will depend on the delivery option you choose at checkout. We offer a 2+ working day service as standard, as well as an upgraded next working day option. If an order is placed before 2pm Monday to Friday then it will be dispatched the same day, while all orders completed after 2pm Friday and over the weekend will be processed and shipped on the Monday. Please note that delivery may take a day or two longer to areas not classified by couriers as UK mainland, eg Scottish Highlands or Northern Ireland.

DO YOU OFFER NEXT DAY DELIVERY:
Yes! If you've left things a little last minute (we're all human) then you can choose next working day shipping at checkout. In these cases we'd always suggest getting in touch with us first to make sure that the delivery service will work for you.

CAN YOU CREATE A CUSTOM DESIGN FOR ME:
We certainly can! There are plenty of customisable designs already available on our website, but we always love creating brand new ones for customers so if you have a specific idea then please get in touch.

DO YOU OFFER A PRINTING SERVICE FOR OTHER DESIGNS:
Yes we do! We carry good stock levels of all the products we sell and can also order in many different printable items if needed. An example being if you're after some mugs for your company then we can either design and print, or simply do the printing if you have a logo or design already. Please send us a message for more specific details.

WHAT DO I DO IF I'VE ORDERED BY MISTAKE:
Don't worry we really are here to help. If you have placed an order and wish to cancel then please let us know straight away and we can get your refund sorted for you. If you contact us after your order has been processed and/or shipped then we aren't liable to fully refund you, however we will work with you to see what can be done.
